How does the coaching process work?

The first step is booking a strategy call. During this call we analyze your current fitness level, goals and the main challenges holding you back. If we determine that coaching is the right fit for you, we will walk you through how the program works and how we can help you achieve faster and sustainable results. Once you join, you’ll complete a short onboarding form so we can design your fully personalized training and nutrition plan. From there, you’ll track your progress inside the app, receive ongoing guidance, weekly check-ins and access to group coaching calls for questions and support.
